What are the challenges?
Civil servants are qualified and well-intentioned people who often work many hours beyond what their salary covers. Nevertheless, ordinary citizens can be disappointed, at times when they come face to face with public services and their staff.
Where does this dissatisfaction come from? Is it because they have received a bad solution to a problem or inadequate help, has the the communication or the attitudes been confusing and/or difficult? Maybe it is a mix of all of these things?
Whatever the reason, the result is a feeling of frustration both for the citizens and for the civil servants.
What do we do?
The Centre for Good Governance offers training courses for citizens, civil servants and public organisations.
We pride ourselves on our ability to help create a better meeting, a better service and/or a better outcome for citizens when meeting local authorities.
We develop engagement processes which are tailored to the needs and interests of local communities and citizens, and we match the goals of city administrations.
We help to inspire your action plans by facilitating study tours where you can learn about innovative experiences from every corner of the world.
About us
The Centre for Good Governance was founded by attorney Sanne Møller together with management consultants Malene Sønderskov and Morten Ronnenberg.
We have been working to strengthen cooperation between citizens and public authorities, for many years.
We strive to create good governance through citizen engagement and increased co-creation between Danish municipalities and civil society.
